SurfWatch allows you to diagnose any problems that you are having with your modem and connection, to determine whether a problem is an issue with the line itself.

SurfWatch automatically checks and determine your Signal to Noise Ratio on your downstream connection, as well as your Power Level on both upstream and downstream connections.

SurfWatch also determines whether your modem is having difficulties, scouring the modem's logs for any signs of distress.
